Zach Young

Position: Partner

Mr. Young is a member of the Utah bar. He received his Juris Doctor from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technology Management from Utah Valley University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Mr. Young knew he wanted to help people with their immigration needs and family situations during law school, where he was an intern in the family law and immigration law clinics. There he discovered the true impact a good advocate can have on individuals and their families.

While serving a religious mission in Nicaragua, Mr. Young developed many lifelong friendships throughout the country. He saw the economic hardships and personal struggles that his friends and many other families face, as well as their desire to make a better life for themselves. These personal connections and experiences continually motivate him to serve the community and be the best immigration advocate he can be.

Prior to working with MyRights Immigration Law Firm, Mr. Young worked for a nonprofit organization providing immigration services to Utah and Wyoming communities. Mr. Young also worked as a general practitioner and as a contract attorney with different firms in Kansas and Utah. His experience includes: construction litigation; estate planning; bankruptcy; landlord tenant law; family law; guardianships; and litigation discovery.
