Alejandro Aguirre

Position: Associate Attorney

Mr. Aguirre Rhode is a member of the State Bar of Texas. He achieved a Bachelor’s of Arts degree with an emphasis in French from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, and completed specialized courses in cross-cultural negotiations and international legal ethics in Charles University Law School in Prague, Czech Republic. He is also fluent and proficient in Spanish and French.

In Texas, he participated in educational and public interest outreach legal clinics, and worked for several law firms, primarily focusing on family law and alternative dispute resolution. In Colorado, he has served in the Administrative Law Hearings Section of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, and is now fully immersed in the world of immigration law as part of the MyRights Immigration Law Firm team.

Mr. Aguirre Rhode was born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela, and migrated to the United States in 2009. Having gone through the immigration process himself, his knowledge expands beyond the legal aspect of immigration, as he is also closely familiar with its human, cultural, and individual implications. It is for those reasons that he is committed to advocating for all of MyRights Immigration Law Firm’s clients with the utmost expertise and empathy.
